Face to face conversations addressing any questions that may arise regarding your nutrition during your adherence to the program and after.

Weekly Programs

Access to videos and descriptions of the exercises that you will be asked to perform. Technical reviews of exercises performed to improve form if needed. A detailed program based on your individual goals and adjusted to improve your everyday performance inside and outside the office: Mental Endurance, Longevity in Health, Recovery, Activities with the family.

In-Person or Virtual Options

In-Home training provides the avenue for fitness to move forward. Whether we do it via in-person training or via virtual platform, you will have access to weekly check-ins to ensure your adherence to the program and successful long term results. Access to an end of the month program review; where we go over your experience of the program and how we can manipulate the next phase and progressions.

One-on-One Training

Private training at home, virtually, or at a training facility for Executives and Professionals alike who live a high performance life at their office and their homes. One-on-one professional training tailored to address pre-existing health problems, injuries, recovery, mobility and other result from living a sedentary work lifestyle. Our goal is to promote longevity, strength, endurance, alertness and build tolerance to everyday stress via performance training.

Remote Training

Work obligations such as travel, meetings, presentations, long nights followed by home responsibilities, and early mornings often get in the way of thinking about exercising let alone training with a professional. Remote training allows you to customize your training based on your daily routine and availability without completely compromising your goals. It is smart training available on your computer and phone adjusted to your goals, your commitment level, and your weekly schedule.
