ABOUT YOUR COACH

In my eleven years in the fitness industry, I’ve nurtured the ability to operate under different systems and frameworks to drive human performance. From the beginning of my career coaching young athletes to now training CEO’s, young professionals, and Broadway performers I have learned to optimize movement development and performance in a variety of disciplines. 

I create a context in which an individual can develop resilience to face the demands of high performance by addressing smart training, conditioning, nutrition, stress, recovery, mobility, sport specificity, pre and post pregnancy, postural restoration, and more. 

I’m on mission to empower people through movement by cultivating confidence through individualized programming that aims to provide movement and physical training for people to attain their goals inside and outside the gym. Every training program is built to acknowledge each individual's particularities: who they are and what they do as performers, artists, executives, heads of family, former athletes, and more importantly human beings. It is in this training space that we are able to foster core values such as self-reliance, intention, and persistence to facilitate people with the mediums necessary to help build, strengthen, and support their individual definitions of success.
