A detailed program based on your individual goals as a performer and the type of performer you are. Programming adjusted to the phase of performance you are in: Building up for a Show, In-Show Fitness, In-between Recovery, Back-to Back Show Runs.
Nutrition Advice
Face to face conversations addressing any questions regarding your nutrition during the program.
Weekly Check-in
Weekly check-ins to ensure your adherence to the program and successful long term results. An end of the month program review; where we go over your experience of the program and how we can manipulate the next phase and progressions. Access to videos and descriptions of the exercises that you will be asked to perform & Technical reviews of exercises performed to improve form if needed.
